The purchase of debt on real estate assets is provided to us by various national investment funds.

Investing in debt purchases provides us with investments with a high return. This can be achieved by obtaining a dation in payment at a notary’s office after the debt is purchased, or through public auction or judicial foreclosure.

Debt purchase processes require advisable monitoring by a specialized lawyer, following the purchase of the debt and therefore the subrogation of the process in the competent court and the registration in the Property Registry.
